Are Insta Theme Pages Still Profitable in 2026?

Hey guys, I’m thinking about starting Instagram theme pages, planning to launch around 5 pages in the gym/fitness niche.

I already understand the algorithm pretty well and getting views isn’t really an issue for me. I’m confident I can hit good numbers and scale pages.

What I’m unsure about is the monetization side.

Are people still paying for link in bio promos, shoutouts, and tag posts? Or has that slowed down a lot?

Also, what kind of plan should I have going into this?

• How should I price promos in the beginning?
• When do you start charging
• What other ways are you guys making money from theme pages right now

Right now I only know how to get views, not how to turn those views into actual money.

Would appreciate advice from people who are actively doing this.

Now a days you have to own the funnel i.e. affiliate links are to your own website or your own products. Getting people to your discord or channel where you can coach them.
Selling posts is old fashioned now.

First build the asset then monetize it.

What about Tik Tok pages? Im in the same situation im running 5 pages with 40k+ followers but i cant make even a penny from them

Also i average about 1-2 million views per week per page. They are all quotes niche pages

All pages are in the quotes niche. Literally text quote with background

views alone don’t pay anymore. brands don’t care unless it converts
promos still sell but only if niche tight + audience real. gym niche saturated so u need angle. don’t rush pricing. start low, $10–$30 test, stack testimonials, then raise

To test what with $10-30 ?

Having 40k+ followers means nothing if you’re not converting. The issue isn’t reach it’s monetization. Focus on offers: affiliate products, your own services, or driving traffic off-platform. Without a clear funnel, even big pages won’t make money.

Yes absolutely theme pages are profitable and there’s more ways to monetize them

Right now my team manages 221 pages in motivation, business, lifestyle and marketing niches — half are committed to Whop Clipping campaigns where we post reels for TJR, Brez, other biz opp marketers

Then we have half dedicated to pushing affiliate offers, also on Whop & Gumroad — digital products, lead magnets —> to book a call, payment processing offers and service offers
