Looking to boost my youtube channel

Hi, I am an artist, animator, and voice actor, but primarily an entertainer. I'm new to this website, and I came here because I legit could use help with a youtube channel I have been struggling to have it gain more traction, especially after it got hacked over a year ago. It has recovered thankfully, but clearly it has recived some damage because I tend to lose a lot of traction when I post full videos. I do better with shorts, but that in itself can vary in terms of traction. I've done everything I've been told to do: Post videos with good titles and eye-catching videos.

And EVEN then, it still doesn't seem good enough for the algorithm. I have no idea what's going on, to be honest. The only reason I haven't left my channel is because I'm monestized and I've been making decent money from my shorts. But I feel like I could do better, so I don't wanna give up so easily on it. So i'm looking for someone who can help me find a way to get my videos gain traction like they used before it got hacked. I'm up for any kind of method, be white, grey, black, whatever.

Your channel may have been limited in recommendations. If your channel shows a decline in views while the video quality remains the same, you should consider creating a new channel. If you have strong skills and high-quality videos, monetizing a new channel won’t be a problem.

If YouTube search traffic (by keyword) can be a viable option for you, then as a black hat tactic, you can consider smm panels. They work well for such a purpose.

The simplest and most reliable way is to create a new account. There are situations where it is difficult to save an account, as in your case. Just create content for two channels; this is the simplest and most stress-free way.

That's generally the case, shorts attract more views than full videos. I say keep doing what you're doing since you're making money and create a second channel where you can post and test full videos there. I believe there won't be any difference between your new and old channel but you can try it out on a new channel.

It seems hard to understand what you are trying to say at first but finally i get it.
Keep start posting again similar videos which you were used to post when it was gaining interaction before hack

You actually have something most people here struggle with…
you already know how to entertain.
That’s the hard part, and you’ve got it.
About the hack, yeah… even after recovery, channels usually stay a bit “flagged” for a while.
It’s not official or anything, but you can feel it.
Distribution gets weird, especially on long-form. It’s like YouTube needs time to trust the channel again.

The fact that your Shorts still pull means your content isn’t the problem.
It’s more like the system is comfortable testing you in short bursts, but not fully pushing your long videos yet.
One thing I’ve seen work is kinda “bridging” that gap.
Don’t treat Shorts and long-form as separate worlds.
Use Shorts to warm up the audience, then slowly push them into longer content that feels similar in pacing.
If your long videos feel too different, YouTube hesitates.

About grey/black stuff…
yeah, there’s plenty out there.
Views, engagement, traffic, you name it.
Some of it works, some of it just burns money.
The funny part is people obsess over tools like they’re magic buttons.
They’re not.
You can give the same tool to two people and one grows while the other kills the channel.
It’s all in how you use it.
Timing, volume, how natural it look that’s where most mess up.
I’ve seen it from both sides.
The guys who get results aren’t the ones with the “best” tools, it’s the ones who actually understand what they’re trying to simulate.
In your case, I wouldn’t go aggressive.
Your channel is already monetized and recovering.
You don’t want to confuse the system again. Light pushes to help initial traction can help, but the main play is getting YouTube comfortable recommending your long videos again.

You’re closer than you think, just feels broken because you remember how it used to perform.
Keep striving, that's what brings the real results.

if your channel was hacked before the algorithm might still be flagging it as risky. sometimes its better to start a new channel for long-form and use your current one just to push traffic from shorts. if you want black hat methods try to use some smm panels for social signals but be very carfull not to overdo it.
