You should upload those contacts as a custom audience on Meta Ads instead of wasting time trying to search for them manually on lnkedIn. It's way more efficient to retarget them with a solid lead magnet since linkedIn doesn't even support contact syncing for connection requests anymore

LinkedIn isn't built for searching people by mobile number, so that method won't get you far. After that, send natural, personalized connection requests instead of mass adding. A smarter way is to convert those numbers into emails using enrichment tools, then import and sycn contacts.

linkedIn is not like whatsapp you cant just search by mobile number easily nowaday. best way is to upload your contact list to the mobile app and see if it suggests them. or try to find their names on other platforms first.
