I think, you can get alerts for new employees on LinkedIn with free built-in features, no paid service required.

as far as i know you should be able to do that using people search .

You can actually set up google alerts with specific keywords or use the LinkedIn Sales Navigator filters to track employee changes if you've got the budget for it. Otherwise, there really isn't a free tool that tracks that stuff in real-time, so you might just have to stick to manual stalking for now

Sales Navigator can do this with lead lists and alerts for 'job changes'. Or you can use some scraping tools like PhantomBuster but be carefull with your account safety. LinkedIn is very agresive with automation lately.
