Start backlinks once you have ~15–30 solid pages live and internally linked. No point pushing links to thin sites—build a base first, then add links gradually to key pages + homepage.

“No signal” phase is basically when a new domain has no trust/data yet no backlinks, authority, or user signals for Google to evaluate. During this stage, focus on quality content + a few clean backlinks to help Google start understanding and trusting your site.

Start with content first—make sure your articles target low-competition keywords and actually match search intent, that’s what Google picks up early.
once that’s solid, add a few relevant backlinks to support it… content is the base, links just amplify it.

Well, you will have to learn basics.
10 articles for 1 step more than enough and that's enough for next month. Then you can slowly build one post per week and it will signal Google that you are ongoing growing the site.
The biggest mistake you are doing is BACKLINKS. You can't get rank nowhere without backlinks unless it's a new untapped niche (niche jacking) so build backlinks. I would suggest you to build links manually on hand like subreddit, Facebook page, YouTube channel and URL on it *you don't have to upload videos if do it's good even AI videos*, GrokPedia, Weebly technically websites that link back to your site and then grab a trial of Ranker X and try it. I would highly recommend you to learn using GSA Search Engine Ranker kind of software but I assume you are new to the game and since it has a learning curve you can get a trial and build links around Money Robot also good but it uses their own PBN but still good for starters. It's not worth to purchase but trial's worth I guess it's still there... after all get Claude Code and connect your workspace and ask questions you get mostly it helps and accurate

Focus on building out more content to establish topical authority before going heavy on backlinks. Since it is a new domain, Google needs to see consistent quality and relevance first. Once you have a solid base, start with some low competition keywords to get that initial traction.

First siloing, then internal linking these, then social media profiles backlinks to your site = google signals. Then do writing every day (blogging) but always internal linking your blog posts. What is with publish old way your posts to rss feed + Bloglovin, does this brings good traffic nowadays to build a buyers list?

You should focus on quality content, If you are using AI content then make sure it is fully humanize, With that if you want to test a short but effective amount of backlinks i would suggest you to go with Web2.0 Backlinks
