The 4 steps to follow right after creating an account :

  1. Verify your email immediately
→ The algorithm first checks whether the email is confirmed to assess the account's legitimacy.
  2. Don’t post anything for the first 24 hours
→ Posting too soon makes the algorithm flag the account as a bot.
  3. Follow 10 to 20 random accounts from the "For You" page
→ An account that follows no one looks suspicious. You need to imitate a real user.
  4. Scroll for 20 to 30 minutes on the first day
→ Like, comment, and watch videos all the way through. TikTok analyzes every interaction to determine if the account is real.
2: Posting rules after the first 24 hours

  • Max 3 videos per day for the first 3 days.
  • Wait at least 4 hours between each post.
→ Without a delay, TikTok will identify the account as a bot.
3: How to detect a shadowban

  • Sure sign: 3 consecutive videos with fewer than 20 views.
  • What is NOT a shadowban: videos with between 200 and 500 views.
→ This simply means the algorithm hasn't yet properly targeted your audience (or that the content lacks quality).
4: How to unblock a shadowbanned account

  1. Take a 48-hour break: don’t post anything, don’t touch the account.
  2. Resume with 1 video per day for 3 days.
  3. If after these 3 days videos still get 0–20 views → switch accounts without hesitation.
Final tips

  • Always behave like a real human (scroll, like, comment).
  • Don’t open 10 accounts at the same time.
  • Don’t post 10 videos in a row.
  • Better to spend 24 hours "warming up" your account than to burn it and have to create a new one.

When it comes to warming up a new TikTok account, it's all about mimicking human behavior to avoid raising any red flags. I've seen accounts get flagged as bots simply because they didn't take the time to scroll through and interact with other users' content. Posting too frequently or following a large number of accounts at once is also a surefire way to get your account flagged. It's better to take it slow and steady, following the rules outlined above, and making sure to mix up your interactions with likes, comments, and watches. By doing so, you'll be able to create a solid foundation for your account and avoid any potential issues down the line. What's more, taking a break if you do get shadowbanned can be a good way to reset and come back stronger, but it's not always a guarantee, so it's crucial to monitor your account's performance closely. Building a reputation as a real user is key to long-term success on the platform.

Thanks for the breakdown, Vlad2012. Regarding step 3 (following random accounts), do you find that the niche of those accounts matters? For example, if I'm planning to post fitness content, should I only follow fitness accounts during the warm-up, or does 'random' actually work better to look like a generic user?

That's what I put in my post, my friend !

Focus on better hooks, clear niche, and keeping people watching till the end. Don’t spam actions or overthink warm-up tricks. Stay consistent with 1–2 posts a day and check any warnings in TikTok analytics. If views stay near zero for days, then reset or start fresh.

Most of this sounds overcomplicated, TikTok doesn’t work on fixed rules like exact hours or numbers.
From my experience, just use the account normally and post good content consistently, that matters more than trying to “game” the system.

first, thank you for the useful informations .
how many tiktok account could I host in the same app ?
I succeeded warming up one tiktok account following nearly the same steps you provided , but when I tried to add 3 more accounts in the same app the views dropped , I don't know if the problem had came from hosting more than one account or is it because tiktok had some algorithme changes in that time

You can host multiple TikTok accounts in the same app, but from my experience and common feedback in growth circles, more than 1–2 accounts per device usually causes a drop in views. The most likely reason your views dropped after adding 3 more accounts is device fingerprint linking, not an algorithm change. TikTok’s system associates all accounts on the same device, and if one gets lower engagement or seems 'managerial,' the others get suppressed. To fix it: keep only your best-performing account on that phone, or move each extra account to a separate device or a clean virtual environment.

is waiting 24 hours before posting really necessary or can you get away with posting a bit sooner

Yes, you can post earlier, but it's risky. Better to wait 24 hours.

If you post right away → high risk of 0 views or a shadowban (TikTok mistakes you for a bot).

If you wait 24 hours (and watch videos in the meantime) → your account is 'warmed up' and your videos have a much better chance of being pushed to the 'For You' page.

Bottom line : Waiting 24 hours isn't mandatory, but it's the best way to avoid burning your account right from the start. :)

Solid advices, also if guys you're planning scaling your tiktok accs, better do that trough anti detect browser (like gologin), and set 1 proxy per account. Also I didn't see info about warm ups (for new accs, they often takes shadowbans)

Thanks for sharing these steps! I've noticed that the no posting for 24h rule is definitely a game changer for keeping the account healthy.

Thanks for sharing, this will be helpful for beginners.

We've been using this method for quite some time now and still apply it today.

To avoid a safe start on TikTok and shadowban, don’t rush.create a new account on TikTok, complete your profile and for the first 2–3 days, just scroll a little, like/comment so that the account “warms up”. Don’t post too many videos in the beginning like spam 1–2 a day is enough. Always upload original content, don’t post the same video or watermarked clips over and over again, and avoid banned hashtags or misleading captions.

In my experience, immediately after creating a new account, you should refrain from posting any content. You should also limit how many people you follow, focusing primarily on simply watching videos. It is also important to pay attention to your watch time; for instance, if a video is 30 seconds long, you should watch at least 10 seconds of it. If you watch 100 videos but never watch any of them for longer than 2 to 5 seconds, it will appear quite "unnatural."
If you wish to create and manage multiple TikTok accounts, beyond the limitations inherent in using a mobile phone, you can create and nurture these accounts directly through a web browser (specifically by using an anti-detect browser combined with a proxy). This is a method that many people are currently utilizing.

thanks bro for the guide.
what if a new acc can't follow other accs or comment disappear ?

Thank you very much. I'm just starting out on the platform for personal use and I realize I haven't even entered an email address. Is a phone number also required? You didn't mention it.
