I’ve noticed a lot of you talk about keeping as little digital footprint as possible across your channels using VPNs and other services. I’m curious, what’s your process, and what do you use?

You cannot make your digital footprint disappear. The goal is to stop all your channels from looking like they come from the exact same setup. With an antidetect browser, you can control how your digital footprint looks by customizing the fingerprint and keeping each channel separate.

I mostly just use a good ad blocker and try to be smart about what I sign up for with my main email, plus incognito and burner emails for anything sketchier since you can't really escape it all

I keep it simple and focus on basic privacy habits. I use separate emails, different browser profiles, and stay consistent with how I log in. A VPN helps, but I don’t switch locations too often. For me, keeping things clean and natural works better than trying too many tricks.

I usually keep it simple: use a trusted VPN, separate profiles/devices for different activities, clear cookies regularly, and avoid linking accounts together to keep things clean.

Using just a VPN on a regular Chrome is a rookie mistake. Google tracks your browser fingerprint, not just your IP.My process is simple: Anti-detect browser (like AdsPower or Dolphin) + Static Residential Proxies.Golden rule: 1 Channel = 1 Browser Profile = 1 Dedicated IP. Never cross-contaminate.

Stable connection > hopping VPNs (residential/ISP > datacenter)
Keep behavior natural: scroll, engage, delay actions
Rule of thumb: if it feels automated, it probably gets flagged

the idea of using antidetect browsers and residential proxies, I've found that dedicating a specific browser profile to each channel and rotating user agents every 3-4 days can significantly reduce footprint overlap. Tested this on 15 channels, the ones with rotated user agents saw a 25% decrease in detection rates compared to static profiles. Also, using a mix of desktop and mobile profiles helps to create a more diverse footprint, with mobile profiles being particularly effective for social media channels, where 80% of my test accounts remained undetected after 6 months.

You can start by focusing on session consistency; using an antidetect browser to keep your fingerprints unique for each channel is way more effective than just relying on a basic VPN.

Not an expert here, just playing with it. I split accounts per channel and tried mixing different fingerprints over time, plus keeping behavior reasonably human (scrolls, pauses, varied delays). Results were mixed—some channels stay cleaner, others still get flagged. My takeaway: small, natural tweaks and not over-optimizing seems to work better than trying to cloak everything.

you can by keeping consistent devices, avoiding constant IP or location changes, and separating accounts with dedicated browsers or profiles. too many VPN switches or automation tools can actually raise more flags instead of helping

If you're planning to grow channels for long-term, then it's better to have separate physical devices. The multi-accounting tools are good enough for short term projects but you should never interfere between channels like commenting or liking videos from one channel to another. Avoid any kind of contact between each other.

I keep fingerprints unique for each channel, use anti detect browsers and a reliable VPN.

It seems most of you suggest residential proxies but they are quite expensive per day, I might use about 5-10GB of traffic per day. Most of my uploads are at least 3GB. Are you all just compressing your files, rendering in lower quality, or just eat the cost? Also, what is better, residential static or rotating proxies?

Most people reduce their digital footprint by keeping separate accounts for different work using clean browsers and avoiding unnecessary app permissions vpn alone is not enough the main thing is not mixing identities and keeping online behavior consistent and minimal across platforms

How about phone numbers, phone barcode authentications, adsense or ID's? Do you have everything unique per each channel? If so, from where are you guys sourcing these things?
