The 4 steps to follow right after creating an account :
- Verify your email immediately
→ The algorithm first checks whether the email is confirmed to assess the account's legitimacy. - Don’t post anything for the first 24 hours
→ Posting too soon makes the algorithm flag the account as a bot. - Follow 10 to 20 random accounts from the "For You" page
→ An account that follows no one looks suspicious. You need to imitate a real user. - Scroll for 20 to 30 minutes on the first day
→ Like, comment, and watch videos all the way through. TikTok analyzes every interaction to determine if the account is real.
- Max 3 videos per day for the first 3 days.
- Wait at least 4 hours between each post.
→ Without a delay, TikTok will identify the account as a bot.
- Sure sign: 3 consecutive videos with fewer than 20 views.
- What is NOT a shadowban: videos with between 200 and 500 views.
→ This simply means the algorithm hasn't yet properly targeted your audience (or that the content lacks quality).
- Take a 48-hour break: don’t post anything, don’t touch the account.
- Resume with 1 video per day for 3 days.
- If after these 3 days videos still get 0–20 views → switch accounts without hesitation.
- Always behave like a real human (scroll, like, comment).
- Don’t open 10 accounts at the same time.
- Don’t post 10 videos in a row.
- Better to spend 24 hours "warming up" your account than to burn it and have to create a new one.
