Does anyone have any tricks or tips on how to use these.

I use them to clone a site or provide topical relevance. I noticed of recent 2 web 2.0s on money keywords so I made them sell pages and was wondering what triggered them to out rank legit sites

Do you bother to index them? I use a indexer but it barely works.
Can i internal or external link them harder so they index?
When they rank, it can be page one on money keywords, what is triggering this?

Web 2.0 links works well if done properly. Sometime I have seen my web 2.0 are ranking on top of high authorit website, because of High DR & the informational seo optimized content. I have seen clicks in GSC & traffic in google analytics which came through organic channels.

Web 2.0s rank mostly because they already have strong authority , so Google trusts them more. Indexing tricks do not always work , content and a few natural links matter more. Publishing too many links can hurt . Sometimes it just feels random.

Web 2.0 sites can rank sometimes, but it’s usually because of strong keyword targeting, fresh content, and good on page setup. Search engines may test them if they match search intent well. For better results, keep content unique, add internal links, and avoid spammy linking. Indexing can be slow, so focus more on quality and natural signals instead of forcing links.

Web 2 No longer working now, you can use them for-backlink anchor text variations.

What you’re seeing usually happens when there’s low competition and your page is very tightly focused on the keyword, so it can rank quickly at first. Sometimes new pages also get a short-term boost before Google fully evaluates them. Instead of trying to force indexing with tools, it’s better to get a few real backlinks, add proper internal links, and submit pages through Google Search Console. Keep in mind that cloned or low-quality pages rarely stay ranked for long, so focusing on original content will give you more stable results.

Thanks, i have a few tier 3 real domains, i will try to add a few of my web 2.0s to them, thanks for the ideas.

Right now we are moving toward Web 3.0, so should we focus on getting ahead in Web3 instead of struggling with Web2? Or maybe we should combine both?

There is so much no stuff and terms going on atm. I am just focuing on niche specific i guess. Web 2.0s is still get good option to push keywords from down below and if i have a AI problem its wise people taking parasite assets and trying to dominate the serps with them, in turn the rank for AI and manipulate the conversation until you report them enough.

web 2.0 is ranked now, you can index them by sending social signal or tier 2 backlink to focus a crawl.

Web 2.0s ranking isn’t magic, it’s just Google trusting the main platform more than your site. So sometimes a decent page there can show up for easy keywords.

Here’s how to handle them
Indexing
Most “indexing tools” don’t really work anymore. If it’s not indexing, it’s usually because the content is weak or too spammy.

To get it indexed
You need to send real links to it. A few solid Tier 2 links from already indexed pages usually does the job.

Don’t copy your site
Don’t clone everything. That leaves a footprint and does not work long term. Keep it simple and focused.

Use Web 2.0s as support links, not for your main strategy. They can help, but they are not something to rely on for the long run.

Web 2.0s work really well when you treat them as micro-niche sites. Instead of creating random web 2.0s, create sites around specific categories or topics and link to posts in exact topics.

Interesting observation. In my experience Web 2.0 index better when they’re supported with contextual internal links and consistent updates, not just link volume. Authority + relevance seems to drive those rankings.

Web 2.0s rank because they inherit the high domain authority of the parent site, like WordPress or Blogger. To index them, try sharing the URLs on social platforms or adding them to a high-traffic sitemap to trigger a crawl.

High authority on the root domain is what usually triggers Web 2.0s to outrank smaller sites. To get them indexed, try linking to them from your social profiles or other active blogs rather than just using an indexer.

Web 2.0 can rank when they are tightly optimized and match intent better than competitors. Fresh posts, proper on-page structure, and some natural engagement help rank these. Instead of forcing indexing, focus on consistent updates, unique content, and a few relevant backlinks over-optimization usually kill them faster.
