Instagram not loading anything, account issue or app glitch?

hey guys, i am facing a weird issue with my instagram, nothing is loading not reels, not chats, even settings not opening. i tried restarting phone, reinstalling app and logging in again but still same problem. even login takes too long to load and sometimes stuck.

i am also not able to post anything, so not sure if this is my account issue, instagram glitch or phone problem. is anyone else facing this or just me? any fix would really help.
 
Have you tried checking your account from another account or opening it in a browser (instagram.com/yourusername)? It could be that your account got suspended or restricted, which sometimes causes things not to load properly.
 
How were you using the account, did you do anyhting that could flag it? That might be the problem for the way it behaves.
 
I've never heard of that. Maybe your account was blocked, but I think if it were the case there would be a message saying that it is suspended or something. You haven't checked your mails?
 
never heard of this it could be a temporary Instagram glitch or a network/account sync issue. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and also check if it works on Instagram web to rule out app-specific problems.

Yes, I tried opening my account in the browser. It is working there, but it is very slow and sometimes hangs. So the issue is still there.

No, I have not done any unusual activity on my account. I did not send any spam messages or use any third-party apps. I was using it normally, so I don’t think it should be flagged.

Yes, I checked my email but didn’t get any message from Instagram. I also tried Instagram Lite, it is working there but a bit slow.

Clean cache first then login your account

Clean cache imo
 
same happened to me before, usually its either instagram server glitch or network issue not account problem. try switching wifi or mobile data or login from browser once, most time it starts working again after some hours
 
Maybe an account restriction. If you tried another device and it still didn't work it must be account issue.

Yes, from today my Instagram is working fine again. I also think it was maybe a glitch or cache issue in the app. After about a week everything is normal now. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

Post a video and use a specific hashtag. The go to another account and visit that hashtag and see if you can see your account. In the case you you would need to check and see if your profile is there to make sure everything is fine with your account
 
I haven’t seen that issue very often either, so it could just be a temporary Instagram bug or syncing problem. You could try changing between Wi-Fi and mobile data, clearing the app cache
 
if nothing loads at all, usually backend issue not account. try logging in from browser or another device. if it works there, problem is app or phone side
