[HIRING] OnlyFans Chatting Team Lead (manager and chatters)

Hey guys,
We're an OnlyFans chatting agency working with male (Trans/Gay) creators. Looking for a Chat Team Lead to join on a long-term basis.

———— WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ————
- Overseeing a team of chatters (quality control, consistency, tone)
- Monitoring chats in real time and stepping in when needed
- Onboarding new chatters, briefing them on creator personas, scripts, dos/don'ts
- Tracking chatter performance (conversion, response time, engagement)
- Flagging issues and reporting
- Keeping operations running during your shift without hand-holding

- Prior experience in an OF chatting agency, supervisor
- You understand PPV strategy, upsells, fan retention
- Reliable, async-friendly communication
- Able to work independently
- Fluent English (other languages are a bonus)

- Weekly payment
- 1000$ + 3%
