Self improvement does not feel like improvement anymore , it feels like a never-ending checklist .
Wake up earlier , work harder , fix your mindset , optimize your habits , build something , stay disciplined and if you are not doing all of it , you feel like you are falling behind .
Kind of ironic how something meant to make life better now just creates more pressure . Feels less like growth and more like chasing a version of perfect that never actually arrives.

At what point does improving yourself just turn into constantly feeling not good enough?

The problem with the self improvement is that is tackles 4 areas of life: mind, body, heart and spirit. It tries to constantly keep these 4 areas optimized. But that's not how it works.

Most people are good in 1-2 areas, and completely ignore the other two.

Good at making money but ignoring relationships. More time with people, less time for working.

Go for 1 thing in extreme and give minimum time to the other 3. You will never be able to balance or optimize all areas at the same time. That's what self help exploits, something than can never be fixed.

I think self improvement becomes stressful when it turns into constant pressure instead of real growth trying to fix everything at once creates burnout better approach is focusing on a few meaningful changes and allowing time to enjoy progress without chasing perfection

If you understand how to handle the pressure, Then you can able to succeed a lot.

Smaller things always create bigger changes, Of course it's a little bit harder to follow, But these will change your entire ecosystem.

That's because everyone is doing self-improvement now so it has become the new baseline, and anything less means you are falling behind. Now people are wokring all the time including weekends while building a business at the same time and also trading the stock markets, going to the gym and "looksmaxing", and even taking strange peptides, just to keep up and not fall behind.

One word: Stoicism

If you want to execute yourself with self improvement or self respect.. both were stressfull to get,

Real progress is not about doing everything. its about focusing on what truly matters to you.
And being okay with letting the rest go instead of chasing perfection.
