I do not recommend Zen Wolf’s Reddit service based on my experience.
I paid $285 for Reddit posts/comments for my business. Before paying, I asked directly whether the service included backlinks or only mentions. The seller told me links were not an issue and said, “these will be links.”
He gave me a turnaround of about one week. After the order started around March 24, I had to keep chasing him for updates. He did not proactively communicate, and there was no professional reporting process.
After almost a month, he told me only 5 posts and 3 comments had been completed. When he finally sent the links, the report was basically just a list of Reddit URLs. It did not properly explain what was done, where my brand appeared, where the links were placed, or how the posts connected to my business.
The biggest issue is that the posts did not even mention my business. They were generic Reddit discussion posts with no brand mention in the post, no clear link placement, and no obvious connection to me at all. This was not just a backlink issue — the posts had almost nothing to do with my business.
When I questioned this, he said they were “suggestion-type posts” and that direct brand promotion looks spammy or may get removed by Reddit. That should have been clearly explained before payment, especially after I asked directly about links.
Another concern is the payment/refund setup. The seller took payment through a method that appears to offer very limited buyer protection, and then refused a refund once I complained about the quality of the work. I cannot prove intent, but from my perspective as a buyer, this is a serious red flag. Buyers should understand that if the work is not delivered the way they expected, they may have very little leverage after paying.
I requested a refund because the work was not delivered as I understood it was sold. The refund was refused.
I also ask the BlackHatWorld team to review this service and consider removing it from the marketplace if it violates buyer-protection standards or forum rules. Based on my experience, this service was not delivered as represented before payment, the communication was poor, the reporting was not professional, the posts had no meaningful connection to my business, and the seller refused a refund after I raised the issue.
I am willing to provide screenshots, payment proof, conversation history, the delivered Reddit links, and any other documentation to the BlackHatWorld team if they contact me or need proof of the misconduct.
