OFM Journey to 20k/m in profit

Hi BHW, starting from today I will document my OFM journey to 20k/m in profit. I tried to share my journey one more time but it was a fail, at that time I was more towards AI models with was a mistake. I will update here everyday regarding the daily tasks I set for my agency and weekly/monthly regarding bigger updates, plans and revenue. I'm expecting to reach the goal when I will be able to make at least 50-60k in rev across all the creators. The end date of this journey will be 1 Oct 2026. I know it's not that much time but I think I have a lot of knowledge I just need to put my head down and able everything I know.

Current situation: I currently have 1 model, biggest bottleneck is traffic. I mainly focus on 1 Reddit account and 1 X account, I'm the one who does everything.

Short term plan: Start focusing on 3 Reddit account, 2 nsfw accs and 1 sfw account. One nsfw acc is already in use the other one is in the karma farming process, I will probably start posting in 3-4 days, the third account that will be the sfw acc will be created today. In the future I will want to grow my own subreddits. Will continue to grow the X acc, commenting 30-50 times daily and posting 2-3 times. I will also start focusing a big majority of my time on tiktok, I will go with 6 accs planning to post 2-3 times a day per acc. The strategy will consist of slideshows created with AI pictures. Regarding the chatting, after I will reach 100 FTLs per day I will start collaborating with a chatting agency (I have one in mind that is trusted and can provide good results). When I will not have to handle chatting I will also start searching for the second model (probably outreach since this is what I did to sign the current creator).

Good luck with your journey. That sounds like a solid plan and on Tiktok when you scale you can easily have 10-20 accounts posting 3-4 times a day.

Yeah but I don't have enough phones for now. I run everything on phones, including reddit.

Ok that makes sense. You can still run a few accounts on the same phone but make sure the rotating is all set and you can manage to change your proxies everytime. How many phones you got?

I got 2 for OFM, I don't use proxies I have a sim with mobile data. I don't think i need worry about ip and shit with 3 accs per phone.

Do you target target your country? Because you need an IP to match with your target audience.

I target Germany, I'm not in german but since I will use german words the audience will move from my country to german audience. Different that US.

Yes but it got fixed in the past to over 90% german audience.

bans are crazy so I will stay away for now. Maybe in the future when I grow my capital and invest something into ads.

Day 1:
Shit day yesterday, barely any ftls, no one spent money.
Tiktok accounts are mostly in warm up phase. Only posted 4 times.

Day 2:
Better than Day 1.
Got some subs from Reddit (like 5 ftls) and another 2 from X. I should’ve comment more on X since I barely sent 5 comments same on Reddit only posted 10 times, gotta scale to 15 plus at least.
Tiktok is starting, no videos yet over 1k views but I got some clicks on OF.
Is anyone still following? )

are you expecting to add a lot more models to reach that 50-60k revenue goal or is it mostly about scaling with the one you already have?

I want to scale each model to 20-30k in rev, so yes I will go with multyple models

Update:
Those days been pretty slow, some subs came from Reddit but X and TT where pretty dead.
