It’s up to the moderators when they want to make a decision.
I’m not here to rush anything - I’m here to present the actual facts and full proof. I’m ready to provide everything needed, and I’m fine with the moderators reviewing it properly before deciding.
The same message appears with different timestamps due to different time zones on Telegram, which is why the time changed. If the moderator considers this as proof, I can provide a video demonstrating the different time zone settings.

Since only this person has Telegram Premium, I was chatting with the real person, not an impostor.

I started the deal on BHW, then we moved to Telegram. I made the payment and posted on BHW. After that, the scam happened. I have already provided proof in their BST section, including payment proof and Telegram proof. That’s all I have.

Having reviewed the evidence here we have decided to rule in favour of the accused.
@frulloiteumepeu has been unable to provide sufficient evidence to make any suggestion of a scam here, relying almost entirely on evidence from Telegram and relating to timestamps that are questionable at best.
@SmartAdsHubDigital - you, like many other sellers here, need to seriously reconsider how much business you conduct via Telegram. By using it so extensively, you are leaving yourself open to other possible disputes and issues arising. Please reconsider using Telegram for business.
