Hello everyone in the group. I would like to ask for advice from those of you with many years of experience in the field regarding my situation.

As the title suggests, I'm currently having trouble with my ads. I have nearly 7 years of experience running Facebook Ads and half a year of experience creating content. I've only been at the company for 5 months and have been researching and selling services related to Instagram, but for some reason, messages keep coming in but I can't close a single deal.

Getting messages but no closes usually means one of three things: wrong audience, weak offer positioning, or the follow-up is dropping off too early.
With Instagram services specifically, most prospects need a lot of trust-building before they pay anyone. What does your response flow look like after the first message comes in? And are you on a call or closing everything over DM?

Almost everything is done via text message.

I think you have to work on your offer or your sales messages

Your offer might be a problem, Or it might be too costly for what you are offering. Have you thought about offering a free trial for your services? This works great.

And have you thought of changing the targeting for your Ads and doing A/B Testing as well?

are you following a script or just winging it in the dms? having a structured sales flow makes a huge difference. qualify them fast, identify their pain point, present the solution, handle objections, close. in that order

Sounds like your lead quality is super low or your sales script is just way too robotic for ig. Try tightening your targeting to focus on high-intent audiences and pivot to a more casual, personalized approach in your DMs to actually build a connection

a well-structured 5-message sequence after the initial contact can significantly improve close rates. This sequence should include a brief intro, a personalized testimonial, a case study, a limited-time offer, and a final follow-up with social proof. Tested this on a similar Instagram service and saw a 32% increase in closes within 6 weeks, with the majority of conversions happening after the 3rd message. Also, switching from DMs to a quick 10-minute call after the 2nd message can boost trust and increase average order value by 25%.

After several days of testing A/B, they were not working for my campaigns or products

In my opinion your offer is the problem. Just provide the customers with a good CTA and I believe it will solve the problem for you.
