Unacceptable Service - They deleted my credentials and cost me my business!
I am extremely disappointed with SMMShiba. I’ve been a loyal customer, but their data retention policy is a disaster for any professional. I purchased a Gmail account to build a TikTok presence from scratch. After months of hard work to reach the top, TikTok required a verification code. When I went back to retrieve my Gmail login from my order history, I found they had purged all the data!
I contacted support, and they flatly refused to help, citing their '30-day deletion' rule. Because of this, I have lost total access to my main TikTok account. A professional service should archive order data for its clients. Do not trust them with your business-critical accounts. Once the 30 days are up, you are on your own. Total lack of accountability.
