Is there any free or very cheap tool to repurpose videos with one click? Upload a video via link or file, and the tool removes metadata and makes adjustments so algorithms can’t detect it’s copied?

Most of those one click tools are trash tbh. They barely change anything so platforms still flag it. Better to edit small parts yourself like cuts or text if you want it to last.

If you don't have any budget, use Canva to edit it manually

If your plan is to post a bunch of spammy videos, which would make manual work being difficult, your setup would require investment, which contradicts the first premise that you don't have any budget.

Put some manual work and edit it manually, adding filters, cropping and trimming a video takes a minute or two.
