trying to talk to meta support through a verified business manager is ur last shot
 
Meta's AI is really frustrating recently. Mostly, it is false positive cases. Try to appeal first. You shouldn't rely to only 1 ad account, always have atleast 5-10 backups.
 
If an ad account gets disabled, the main option is usually to submit an appeal and follow the review process. In the meantime, it's a good idea to have a backup plan so your campaigns aren't completely paused
 
Could be false positive with recent meta scans. But you should also check your profiles, cards used, etc. if you re-use any of it, especially cards, Meta will detect it and auto-flag your accounts.
 
This is a deja vu type of an event.

We used to run so many campaigns and regularly 30 - 50 % get suspended

Accounts easily get suspended too

The only advantage is that with an ad account you have an actual chance to reach an actual human being for an appeal

Let’s face it: even if you think your account is 100% clean, the platforms might disagree. Glitches and random bans are just part of the game now. Everyone’s dealing with it. If you want to keep your accounts alive longer, here are a few ways to juice up the Trust Score:
  • Verify your BM: Do this in the background while running ads. It’s a solid trust signal.
  • The "White" Warm-up: Run a super safe campaign on the side (think pets or nature) for $1/day. It keeps the account active even if your main creative is a bit "grey."
  • Scale with Mass Accounts: Treat accounts as consumables. Many pros now focus on generating cheaper leads via aggressive ads and just cycle through fresh accounts when old ones burn.
It’s a grind to manage, but the lower CPL usually makes the extra effort totally worth it.

Yeah, you can try to contact Meta via live chat, and email. Try to explain your issue as indepth as possible.
 
Besides the appeal form, try reaching out to facebook's support team directly, sometimes you get a real person who can actually help, and maybe double-check your ad content for sneaky violations you might've missed
 
That's rough, dealing with disabled ad accounts is a pain. Besides the appeal, try reaching out to facebook's support directly, and make sure your ad content and landing pages are squeaky clean to avoid future issues

Totally agree. One thing to watch out for is running multiple ad accounts on the same device, they can get linked pretty easily. Better to separate them from the start.

Absolutely. Another thing is due to the IP used.
 
I saw another user here state that increasing you budget by 30% could remove restrictions. Not sure if that will work for you
