Best FREE/LOW COST ai video generator

Hi,

I was trying to make 2-3 different niche faceless youtube channel, so I got stuck at choosing the best ai video generator which will help me to generate videos for free (fremium type to an extent) or a low cost video generation tool.

It will be very helpful for me if I can get hold on one. As I am a starter with little to no funding free one's or cheap one's will help me a lot.

Low cost-- Google veo on vertex if you are good with your editing and prompting skills
Add a mix of canva for a really professional touch
 
for faceless channels specifically, i'd skip pure AI video generators at first and look into slideshow-style videos. way cheaper to produce and performs surprisingly well in certain niches like finance, motivation, or tutorials.

i also use fish/audio for text to speech and claude to make the ppt video

I tried one last time, it was in comparison niche, gave 2 videos a day and gained 275 subscribers in 3/4 weeks, I guess I should do it manually again
