Hello to eveyone!

I am looking for a help to make new LTD UK company and open a Wise business account.

The company should work in advertising and e commerce. ( legal business )

We like to open in UK due to lower tax!

Wise won't let you open an account.

Consider a Wyoming LLC instead.

Opening a UK LTD and a Wise Business account is a popular choice for e-commerce. You might want to look into services like 1st Formations or similar company formation agents that often include business bank account assistance. Just make sure you have all your legal documents ready for the Wise verification process, as they can be quite strict lately. Good luck!

Yeah, Wise can be strict depending on the country you’re applying from. A Wyoming LLC can sometimes make things easier since many platforms are more comfortable onboarding US-registered companies, especially if you have proper documents and a US business bank account to go with it.

What do you need help with?

I currently have an LTD and use Wise Business banking

I used a service provider that offers the wise and the cc processor together

Hey! I run a UK LTD for e-com and advertising too. Setting up the company is the easy part, but Wise has been getting pretty strict with new business accounts lately. Just make sure your website and business descriptions are fully fleshed out before you apply.

Registered company via comapnyformations
And created a wise business account
Just make sure you have all the documents for wise
Everything went smoothly

If you are not a uk resident, I highly recommend consulting with a uk-based accountant or a company formation agent. They can assist with the "Registered Office Address" requirement and ensure you are meeting all kyc requirements for wise to avoid account delays

Don't have much budget hiring accountant? Go to gov.uk, registered yourself then apply for wise bussines

Yes but make sure its not a virtual office address as wise arnt accepting those.

You can use any residential address with proof of living in your name
Like electricity bill or bank statement for wise
as long as you own more than 75% of the company

If you are not living in UK, you may need some creative solutions like a local nominee. Without a decent setup, the money you will be saving today, will definitely be spent tomorrow to fix problems. Happy to recommend you some SP or make some intros if you can tell me your budget and some info about you and the project. Feel free to DM me.

P.S. We are here to help, but we will not provide you with any services or charge you for this.

try with 1stformation

If you open a company under a nominee, you won’t pay taxes at all

Anybody can learn how to open a LTD UK Company from anywhere. And since there are 2 ways to learn, you either go to YouTube to watch free tutorial videos or pay to get the course from anyone that offers it.

consider opening worldfirst account with ur ltd its fast and easy

is the lower tax in the uk really that much of a difference for a small advertising and ecommerce company like you're planning to start?

Potentially-if you have the ability to cover the relatively important onboarding fees- High street banking would be more coherent.
