Seems like he focused on facebook organic with AI agents and adsagreed!
But also, what's happened to the EEAT crap that's forcing people in YMYL (ie. medical) industries to be transparent with their business. I thought that EEAT is a very important part of SEO for YMYL industries, but I guess that google are either not as powerful as I thought them to be, or EEAT is really useless, I can't tell which one is true...
But yeah, BH will always win indeed...
I think that EEAT is not useless but easy to manipulate in Google's eyes.agreed!

Oh it's definitely illegal, he's being sued right now. But will probably just pay a massive fine instead of going to jail, who knows. Even if he only keeps 10% still a huge win.I think that EEAT is not useless but easy to manipulate in Google's eyes.
Not only Google, but Meta, X...
I just don't understand if this (what the dude has accomplished) is actually illegal other than morally questionable.
But I've read this:Oh it's definitely illegal, he's being sued right now. But will probably just pay a massive fine instead of going to jail, who knows. Even if he only keeps 10% still a huge win.
Not sure, I believe he was white labeling legitimate product from providers who already have all of the documents and sell it as a service. Basically like drop shipping but with medicine and peptides. I know its illegal to fake being a doctor but technically he only made misleading profiles, and didn't give medical advice. Who knows, he can afford the best lawyers on earth right now to get him out of any problems lol.But I've read this:
The complaint (PDF), which was quietly filed in November in Delaware, accuses the companies of selling “snake oil.” The plaintiff, a customer, alleges the companies marketed and sold the pills as “a safe and effective equivalent and alternative” to FDA-approved GLP-1s. Oral tirzepatide has not been approved by the FDA and “has no demonstrated mechanism of absorption or efficacy,” per the complaint.
so is the case about the ineffectiveness of the product, or the way it got promoted (fake Doctors on FB Ads)? If the product actually worked and was approved by the FDA, do you think the guy would have got sued anyway by promoting it this way?
He spent what sounds like close to 20k on ads. Doesnt have to be on the adwords network. And i doubt he did any SEO. You dont need either of those things to succeed online and grow a buisness. But after you get a customer list people will be searching your name online and adding backlinks naturallyagreed!
