I’m wondering what the best setup for email marketing is. Right now, I’m using Instantly to automate sending and receiving emails, and I’m buying domains from them ($15/year) along with mailboxes ($5 per mailbox per domain, up to 5 per domain).
I’m thinking whether it would be more cost-effective to buy my own domains and set up email accounts on Google Workspace. How time-consuming is that? My goal is to send around 10,000 emails per month and possibly scale further in the future. At the moment, I’m trying to figure out how to structure everything and optimize costs.
Currently, I have an issue where, after about a month of sending emails (which are fairly short and simple, but not perfectly optimized for anti-spam, no HTML emails), they start landing in spam. Then I have to rotate domains and email accounts.
I’d appreciate your help.
