Account suspended and appeal form bugged

So I’ve got this very frustrating situation where my IG account and all associated meta accounts (FB, Meta AI) got suspended for something about account integrity. I first tried to appeal (with a photo verification) but when going back in the app it asked me to appeal again like they haven’t received the photo. Then I got rate limited and couldn’t submit any video/photo appeal.After troubleshooting my ass off, contacting meta verified support twice through my personal IG(once where they escalated the case to a specialized team or something) still nothing works.
My last options I’m considering are: waiting 72hrs and submitting through a new device, new wifi, private navigation window. Or paying 2.3k to get it unbanned….
Please help me out: what should I do? I’m losing money by the day and I’m trying to keep my sponsor.

An appeal loop of sorts. Wouldn't necessarily call it a ban in that sense. Maybe give it few days before trying again since spamming new attempts might not be to your benefit. Let the escalated ticket sort of play out too.
In any case, paying for an unban service might be a gamble, especially if the issue's on Meta's side rather than anything to do with enforcement.

I agree but I’m sincerely running out of options. ChatGPT said 72hrs after last attempt is my best shot. I’ll try it tomorrow but if it doesn’t work I’ll have to maybe make legal threats? The escalated ticket has been closed and the agent said basically he can’t do anything and just advised i use a fresh session on a different wifi and device

Partly true. Retrying too fast can make things worse with rate limits. But since your appeal didn’t go through and you’re losing money daily, this looks more like a broken appeal loop than a simple delay.

Waiting 48–72 hours is still worth trying, but these cases can drag. Legal threats won’t really help here. It’s more about getting the right review path. If downtime is costing you, it’s time vs recovery. I can beat your current offer. Open a HAF or DM if needed.

Most Instagram with appeal account suspend does not get retrieve after the certain date choose for revival, it is requested to upload own picture or verify to reuse/reown which not allow if done with many profiles.

Try submitting from a different device before you drop a couple thousand

I totally get why you're stressed! Honestly, paying $2.3k sounds super sketch and risky, so maybe just try waiting the 72 hours and doing the new device thing first, 'cause what if that actually works?
