I just post a few posts, add a few friends, and a few comments, i didn't say anything violate the polices, why Facebook disabled my account? i am really confused.

You haven't recovered Facebook using your number or email, if you have, try it. It will take some time but it will be worth it.

If the content you uploaded is truly innocent, then appeal; I think there's a high chance your account will be revived. This might just be a mistake by Facebook.

If the content you posted is not violated, you can appeal to Facebook and submit your ID proof, then maybe it will be fixed.

is your account new? if it's just created, you should react gradually, don't do everything too much and too fast. Anyway, when account is banned, you can try to appeal it.

Don't worry they checkpoint and ban every accounts that they scan randomly. Just appeal and send selfie check to get the account back

try recovering your account using your email or phone number. If that doesn’t work, submit an appeal. I've get my accounts restored after verification before. Remember if it’s a new account, try to warm it up slowly next time before posting regularly

I think your account being locked is usually not due to the content you write, but rather to bot like behavior. If you use a new account to constantly add friends and comment, Facebook will flag it as unusual activity. Additionally, if you log in from a device or IP address with a history of violations, the system will automatically disable your account as a preventative measure. Try appealing with your identification, I think this is the quickest way to prove you are a real user.

You should speak with facebook's support in order to resolve this. No one here can help you reinstate your fb account.

they just be suspending things without proper reason

You need to make sure of your proxy; use a good one
if you're using a regular internet, most likely Facebook knows your IP, and due to the cookies,, they can know you have a blocked account before, and they will block the new one as well. If so, try to use a different one pc with a different internet service or provider

i think because your account is new and you interact too fast, so facebook think that it's spam activity and disable your account. you can try to appeal it and back up 1 another account.

Facebook can be kinda finicky with new accounts sometimes, flagging them if your activity looks even a little bot-like, so your first move should definitely be checking for recovery instructions right there on the login page
