hi. what's the best whatsapp marketing tool right now that doesn't use official whatsapp business api? i just wanna verify 10 whatsapp numbers on the tool, let the ai warm up the accounts and then start messaging.

If you're looking for non API WhatsApp marketing tools, options like WBSender or similar bulk sender software are commonly used. They allow you to connect numbers via QR code, send bulk messages, schedule campaigns, and handle multiple accounts without relying on the official API. That said, tools claiming AI based warm up and bulk messaging without the API come with real risks. Most of them depend on WhatsApp Web automation, which can easily trigger bans especially if you try to scale too quickly.

I suggest AIsensy. it's beginner friendly and works well for automation and bulk messaging.

Sending bulk messages through QR login to unknown contacts can lead to bans or shadow bans on Whatsapp.

For compliant messaging, use the official Cloud API. It is designed for sending messages to users who have opted in.

QR login tools are better suited for:
  • Internal team notifications
  • Auto replies to incoming messages
  • Personal number automation
We offer a QR-based solution for these use cases. You can explore it at walytic (our product) or wasenderapi.com (another third party product).

Whatever tool you pick for this, just know that WhatsApp bans numbers aggressively for unsolicited messaging. 10 numbers sounds small but if they all get banned in week one you're back to zero. Warm up slowly, keep messages conversational, don't blast the same template to everyone.

Can't recommend specific tools for unofficial API stuff here but searching BHW for "WhatsApp sender" will give you plenty of threads with real user experience on what's working right now.

AiSensy is a simple WhatsApp Business API tool for marketing, chatbots, and customer support.Upsides:
  • Super easy & fast to set up
  • Cheap (starts ~$20/mo)
  • Strong broadcasting & campaigns
  • Decent AI automation + live chat
  • Good support & official Meta partner
Downsides:
  • Basic features (not great for complex eCommerce)
  • Limited analytics
  • Extra WhatsApp message fees
  • Can feel restrictive as you scale
Best for small/medium businesses wanting quick WhatsApp marketing.

There is no “good” WhatsApp marketing tool that doesn’t use the official API—using unofficial tools to verify or warm up even just 10 numbers can still easily get your account banned.

In my opinion, there is no reliable best tool.
Non-API WhatsApp automation tools can work in the short term.
They all are risky, and bans are very common.
AI warmup is not very reliable either.

If you just want quick testing, use browser-based tools. But don’t rely on them long term.

The most common option right now is tools like WA Blast - a browser-based sender that works via WhatsApp Web, lets you connect multiple numbers and send bulk messages without API approval.
However, all such tools are unofficial, meaning they violate WhatsApp policies and carry a high risk of number bans, especially when scaling or using multiple accounts.

If your goal is to warm up 10 numbers + AI automation + mass sending, what you’re describing is exactly the type of setup that gets flagged quickly.
Professional answer: use no-API tools only for short-term testing or gray projects - for anything serious, switch to official API platforms with automation, otherwise you’ll lose accounts sooner than you scale.

Mass sending never works with unofficial tools. You need to switch to Cloud API.

For internal notifications and stuff - you can use tools that can send messages via linked devices.

I would not focus too much on finding the “best” tool. Most unofficial WhatsApp tools change quality very fast.

If you only want to verify 10 numbers, that is more like checking whether the tool works, not really testing a campaign.

For me, the important things are clear logs, account control, and not pushing the accounts too aggressively. A lot of tools say they have AI warm-up, but in practice you still need to watch the accounts and results yourself.

I would separate number checking from sending. First make sure the numbers are valid on WhatsApp, then test the sender with real volume later.

So I would choose stability and control over fancy features.

I would recommend to use Whatsapp business API.
i have practical experience of other windows installers and chrome extensions
They lead only to bans of phone numbers
API comes at a cost/message but its scalable without fear of getting banned
