It sounds like you've gone to great lengths to create a convincing setup for your Google My Business listing, including utilizing Bright Data's private server, Multilogin, and static residential proxies. I'm curious, have you ensured that your business's NAP (name, address, phone number) is consistently listed across the web, and that there are no inconsistencies in your citations? Additionally, are you using a virtual office or a real physical address for your business, and have you verified your business phone number with Google? Understanding these details might help shed some light on why your GMB listing is getting rejected. Can you share more about the specific rejection reason you're seeing, if any?

hi Hailmary, NAP is consistently listed across any citcations i did in any organic place and some backlinks for the web i bought, im using real home residental adress sense home service business have the option to be mobile i video verification my real office in my real address but still rejected my phone number is listed on T mobile - Business Account. i done everything good still got the rejections. im living in my friend house so because of that i fake utililtys on my business list but i did it smart with canva ai after printing a paper and picture it on the desk with the same meta deta locations of the adress i need to list

i tried only 1 same business name i regiester as a coporate and same one runing in the internet more then 2 years
still didnt got approved

Google checks the location data of Gmail account and match it with the GMB listings created with it. If you give reviews & ratings for properties in some other city, Google associates you with that city and it becomes difficult to get GMB in other locations.

im in living in the adress of the business geo locations match everything on the listing

A lot of people focus heavily on the technical setup (proxies, browser environments, aged Gmail accounts, etc.), but lately that doesn’t seem to be the main factor anymore with Google Business Profile approvals.

From what I’ve seen recently, most rejections on Google Maps listings come from things like:

Address history – if the address has had multiple listings before, it may already be flagged in Google’s system.
Category sensitivity – some niches trigger stricter checks and manual review.
Inconsistent signals – if the website, citations, and business details don’t align perfectly, it can trigger rejection.
Verification evidence – video verification now often expects very specific things like permanent signage and clear proof the business actually operates from that location.
Account trust – even aged accounts sometimes lack trust if they’ve never had real activity tied to local businesses.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that creating listings with very “clean” environments can still fail if Google doesn’t see enough real-world signals tied to the business.

You might want to check the address history on Maps and see if other listings were suspended there before. That alone can cause repeated rejections.

Curious if anyone else here has noticed similar patterns with approvals recently.

If it’s the same business name that’s been operating online for 2+ years, then the issue is probably not the age of the website or the brand itself.

A few things I’ve seen cause this with Google Business Profile:

1. Address eligibility
Even if the address is real, Google sometimes rejects listings if the location looks like a residential address without clear business signage or if similar listings were suspended there before.

2. Category sensitivity
Some industries automatically trigger stricter checks and manual review, especially finance‑related niches.

3. Verification evidence
For video verification, Google often expects to see things like permanent signage, access to the workspace, equipment, or proof that the business actually operates from that location.

4. Data consistency
Make sure the business name, address, and phone number are exactly the same across your website and citations.

If the company is already registered and has been active for a couple of years, it should eventually be possible to verify, but sometimes it takes adjusting the setup or waiting a bit before trying again.

Out of curiosity, are you getting rejected during verification, or does the listing get suspended after it goes live? Those are usually two different problems with different causes.

That is a sophisticated stack. Are you seeing anything like Not Publicly Visible status immediately, or is it failing at the manual review stage after you submit the Utility Bill screenshots?

Your setup looks engineered and over optimized which is exactly what Google flags especially for GMB verification

If the business is not naturally established with real signals and history it will keep getting rejected regardless of how detailed the setup looks
