I've got 3 pages monetized and Stars feels like table scraps compared to In-Stream and Subscriptions.

But I know some of you are stacking serious coin with it in specific niches.

Break it down for me what's your Stars setup and monthly take?

On Facebook, Stars usually work best with live streams in loyal communities (gaming, relationship advice, faith, niche education) where creators actively ask for support and set gift goals.
 
My friend, only when used correctly will enabling ads in videos and registering for new pages truly be effective. You need to optimize your Stars setup (enable Stars for Reels + Livestream), and target niches that generate Stars well, such as relationship counseling, business, or spirituality.

In my experience reels are the best monetized part of facebook since they allow you to go viral and with proper descriptions and hashtags reach millions of people. Also could you share your niches here?
 
Stars only work if you have a very loyal fan base or do gaming livestreams. For regular pages, In-Stream Ads are way more profitable. Don't waste too much energy on Stars unless your audience is already highly engaged.
 
I think Facebook Stars is not big money for everyone, but it can help if your followers really enjoy and support your content.

not worth it anymore, better focus on performance bonus or in-stream.
 
Stars are okay for a "tip jar" vibe, but if you're looking for real scale in 2026, Ads on Reels and Performance Bonuses are where the money is. Don't build your entire house on a feature that relies purely on fan generosity; focus on the algorithm-driven payouts instead.
 
stars are basically tip money unless you're doing consistent livestreams with a tight community. i'd focus on reels bonus and in-stream instead, those scale way better without needing your audience to actively gift you anything. stars is nice as a side thing but building a strategy around it is a waste of time imo.
 
Most pages I know on Meta don't earn much from Stars unless they already have a loyal fanbase. For most people, it's just supplementary income compared to In-Stream or Subscriptions. Stars are basically just "digital tips" and impossible to scale without massive organic reach. If you're looking for real ROI, focusing on In-Stream or building a high-ticket subscription backend is where the actual money is at.
 
If you're managing dropshipping or advertising services, you can create programs or events where customers can interact directly and get their questions about the products answered.
 
Bro honestly fb stars still give some money, but really small, only work if you already have active live audience. For me content monetization and in-stream ads way better, steady cash and less headache, stars just random tips. So focus on content monetization, grow views and engagement, money will be much better long term.

yeah stars is small potatoes for me too, maybe 100-200/month on a fitness tips page with live qas. keeps the lights on but in-stream is where bank is.
