Agency owner personal account permanently banned on Facebook - need urgent help recovering access. Will pay $$$ for assistance.

Hey everyone,

I'm a digital marketing agency owner. My personal Facebook account was permanently disabled today without warning, and I'm now locked out of my Business Manager entirely - my only business partner had basic access and I was the only admin.

The situation:

  • Personal FB account permanently disabled, no further appeal available
  • I was the sole admin on my agency Business Manager
  • My business partner only has basic access and can't self-promote to admin
  • Most clients own their own BMs but I need help with the recovery/restructure process
  • Campaigns are still running but I need to regain control urgently
What I need help with:

  • Anyone who has successfully recovered BM access after a personal account ban
  • Anyone with experience escalating to Meta Business Support for admin recovery
  • Guidance on restructuring everything under a new account cleanly
Happy to compensate for genuine help given the urgency of the situation.

That’s a tough situation. If the personal profile is permanently disabled and no appeal is available, recovery is very hard. Your best move now is to contact Meta Business Support from a client’s BM (if they have access to live chat) and explain that the sole admin was disabled.

I have my business partners account that is totally ok & can still access client ad accounts etc but they only have basic permissions as they got hacked some time ago.

Can they msg FB Support explain their on the business portfolio and the sole admin has been permanently banned and they need admin access now to help optimise client campaigns?

That's entirely possible; the most important thing is which social media account created that Business Manager (BM). Facebook support can help restore the BM to the original social media account. However, I can't guarantee a 100% success rate. Good luck!

Hmmm the banned personal profile originally created it. I am trying to say my business partner has only basic access, and our sole admin has had their personal Facebook account permanently disabled today, leaving us completely locked out of managing our clients' campaigns. We manage $25,000 per month in active ad spend and urgently need my access upgraded to admin level so we can continue optimising campaigns for our small business clients who are depending on us.

Contacting Meta's support team is a repetitive task that any agency has to do daily.
I know many BM appeal service providers here; you can try them.
 
In my opinion, you should prepare your business license, company legal documents, company email domain, and screenshots as proof to be ready for verification that the account belongs to you. Alternatively, you can create a new (completely clean) Facebook account.
