Post consistent and engaging content, use reels and trending topics, and interact with your audience through comments and shares regularly

Create or post trending videos that are highly interactive or shareable. Organic pages take longer to reach audience, so patience is required.

Organic growth on Facebook still works, but it’s slower than before. Consistency is key. Post regularly, focus on content that encourages shares, and actively reply to comments to boost engagement signals.

Facebook is almost dead. I have a fan page with over 10k followers and it barely gets any visits or interactions; most of those who followed it are no longer on Facebook.

I found that posting at least 3 times a week, but no more than 5, helps maintain a steady flow of engagement without overwhelming the audience. Focusing on shareable content, such as short videos and relatable posts, has also been key to my success, with one of my pages seeing a 25% increase in shares and a 15% increase in comments over the past 6 months. Additionally, utilizing Facebook's built-in features like Reels and live streaming has helped increase my reach by 30% and engagement by 20%. By combining these strategies, I've been able to grow my page's audience by 50% over the past year, despite the platform's declining popularity.

I also feel like facebook pages are doing poorley, low engagement.

Growing a facebook page organically in 2026 is all about playing by the algorithm's rules, the platform now prioritizes meaningful interactions and on-platform engagement over content designed to drive traffic away, posts that spark conversations between users in the comments section get a significant boost because facebook wants to keep people scrolling and interacting rather than clicking out to external websites.

Short form video especially Reels is your best friend for organic reach right now, facebook is aggressively pushing Reels to users who dont even follow your page as a way to compete with TikTok, use trending audio and grab attention in the first three seconds, add captions for viewers watching without sound and keep videos under thirty seconds when possible, this format consistently outperforms static images and text only posts in terms of discovery.

Is for sure harder to grow it now since a lot of content is now on facebook so the competition is higher...... I will advice to post consistently like 2-3 /weeks and try to see what other popular content is in your niche and make something similar or closer to that content to generate interest. Once your content is pick up by the alghorithm just keep going as you need the momentum to can get consistent results

New or inactive pages usually get very low reach on Facebook. It helps to warm the page first with simple posts and regular engagement. After some activity, Reels often start getting better reach. Creating many pages at the same time can also limit growth. Focusing on one active page works much better.

Reels actually work pretty good, especially if you use viral content type and ofcourse original content

can you share those pages that you mentioned so we can take a look and give suggestions on the postings?

In the case you are reposting content, then you would need to make sure that you change the hash and meta data of the posts. This will allow Facebook to detect the post as "unique" so it can get good reach.

Maintain a steady stream of engaging content, leverage reels and trending topics to boost visibility, and consistently connect with your audience through comments and shares.

Content is king, but a quality account is the 'throne' you reign on. In the Meta meta game, an aged account with high credibility is your passport to prioritize content distribution and survive rigorous scans. Don't waste your brainpower on junk accounts or newly created accounts that are likely to die quickly; invest in accounts with a clean history, genuine engagement, and proven resilience. With a strong account base, all your creative efforts in creating Reels or running Ads will be amplified many times over.

Nowadays, post consistently viral videos with hd resolution, and add post about hot topics around

The quality and theme/type of what you post matters a lot.
if you just post low-quality, non-engaging content it will be super tough to make it through.
You need consistent posts but its better to post less and keep it good quality than just make 5-10 bad posts per day that will get you to nowhere further than you currently are
