(Demo & Discussion) Physical Phone Farm Automation Without On-Device Software

I want to first share what I believe is the strong side of the robotic control approach I’m experimenting with, and then be very honest about where I’m still exploring.
What I think is interesting / different about this setup:

• No automation software on target devices at all
• Phones stay completely stock (Android or iOS, any model, any OS version)
• One master device acts as the “brain”
• Vision-based understanding + physical interaction (robotic hands)
• Same logic works across all devices without rewriting scripts per model
• Long-term maintainability instead of fighting OS or app update

From a technical perspective, once you can reliably simulate human-level interaction (what the screen shows → how a human would react → physical action), the system becomes device-agnostic and platform-agnostic.
That said, I’ll be honest:
Right now, I don’t have a fully formed idea on where this should be applied at scale.
I’m not particularly interested in mass posting, brute-force account farming, or simple content spam. Those use cases feel obvious, but not very exciting given the complexity of the setup.
So I wanted to open this up for discussion:

• If you had a system that could closely mimic real human phone behavior, what problems would you apply it to?
• Which areas benefit more from realism and consistency than from raw speed?
• Are there use cases beyond traditional “posting / account management” that make more sense for this kind of architecture?
• Curious to hear thoughts from people running Tier-1 operations or dealing with long-term account stability.

I’m sharing this mainly to exchange perspectives and learn from how others think about these problems.
Open to ideas, critiques, or even collaborative exploration.
I’m also open to collaboration. If you have ideas or see potential directions for this kind of setup, I’m happy to explore them together in an open and constructive way.

This is over-engineered and over complicated. Your requirements can be met without resorting to physical machines like that.

Out of curiosity, in your experience, where do you usually draw the line between “software automation is enough” vs “it starts to get fragile over time”?

Over engineered and over complicated for 2026. But how about in 10 years when 90% of the phone market will have chips compatible with MEET_STRONG_INTEGRITY and it will be mandatory on most apps ? We're going to see a lot more of that in the future.

OP, what main issues have you encountered as of now ?

Nobody is gonna be running farms in 10 yrs brotato, atleast not smart ppl

We will just start using more phones and resetting them completely between logging in to different accs. Bots will not stop working because of such changes. Just automation will become more sophisticated and expenses higher.

Generate funnels in social networks. Post content, talk to people, while promoting your service from the main page.

Yeah it’s much more affordable to use clickers. I doubt there’s a real difference today comparing to this robotic hand.
