You will have to pay that money, sooner or later. You should be responsible for that. If you do not pay, Facebook has many ways to find you and threaten you.

If it is a Facebook Business credit line (from meta ads), you should definetely contact their billing support before ignoring it my friend, because meta can suspend your ad accout, disable your business manager (I mean, only disable from the add, not your account).
A couple of years ago I used their credit for a campaign, and it went over the amount I had proposed. In the end, I never paid it back, and my account is fine, but I can no longer use meta ads.
