What exactly is the reason you can't access your account? Is it blocked, have you forgotten your password or something like that?
It would be very helpful if you could also specify whether you still have access to your email, if you added a number, verified your account or if you have a business account.
 
You can only appeal the facebook decision is not a way to get around this rule..... Or you can create a new account but be aware to not link with your old account as will get both accounts banned
