I want to run ads for a healthcare ayurvedic product on Facebook. Whenever I run ads, my account gets banned, goes under review, or the ads get rejected. I want to know a solution to this problem. If anyone can help me, please let me know. Thank you.

FB is super strict with health offers. Use soft branding ads, no disease claims, no before/after, and send traffic to an info page first, not direct sales. Also warm up the BM and ad account slowly.

Many people use cloaking tools when facing this kind of problem. Tools like TrafficGuardian are working very well, and TrafficShield is also a good option.

You can try not sending the traffic directly to your product page have a blog educational page explaining general awareness then have a link
(Learn more about the formulation) as the product link or something else.

Healthcare/ayurvedic products are highly sensitive on Facebook. Most bans happen due to health claims, before/after implications, or wording that suggests diagnosis or guaranteed results.
What usually helps:
  • Remove all claims about curing, treating, or preventing diseases
  • Use educational/benefit-focused language, not medical promises
  • Avoid testimonials, before/after visuals, and strong guarantees
  • Start with low spend + simple campaigns to build trust
  • If possible, run through a reputable agency ad account with higher trust
Facebook cares more about how you say it than the product itself.

Here's a helpful tip!

Facebook ads for products (nutritional supplements, herbal remedies) should focus on educational content about natural health, showcasing natural ingredients, and avoid promises of cures (which violate policies). Target people interested in yoga, meditation, green lifestyles, and use real-life videos/images to increase credibility.

Facebook Ads Strategy:
1. Policy Compliance: Absolutely do not use language claiming cures (cure, complete cure, medicine, etc.) to avoid account suspension. Use safe keywords: support, natural, balance, herbal, "helps the body...".

2. Content & Images: Focus on lifestyle, relaxation, and herbal origins (such as turmeric, ginger). Images should be natural, clean, or in the form of product reviews/videos of use.

3. Targeting: Aim for groups interested in proactive health, yoga, meditation, spa treatments, green/organic lifestyles, or specific health issues (stress, insomnia, digestive problems).

4. Campaign Goal: Use "Message" or "Conversion" (to the website) to close the sale. Combine informative (valuable) content with a sales pitch to build trust.

You need a strong account to run ads.

I agree with you, I also use Trafficshield for my nutra campaigns and haven't really had any major issues so far. there was one time when i renewed the plan and paid with crypto, which made me wait a bit longer for activation, but since then my ads have been running fine without any bans. just make sure you also get some good ad accounts because you definitely need a solid setup for this to work long term.

1. Replace your ad account with a stronger one (BM50 or higher).
2. Use a sitemask for your website.
3. Change images and content to reduce the risk of bans.

I've noticed Facebook is very strict about health related claims. The best approach includes absolutely avoiding shocking keywords, cure promises or before and after photos in your content and using a highly reputable agency account instead of a personal account

Avoid any health claims or before/after language in your creatives, that's the fastest ban trigger for health products. Position it as a wellness lifestyle product, not a treatment or cure, and keep the landing page completely clean of any medical claims too.

My issue is still not solved and till now I have not used any cloker. I am not very sure which one to use. If you have good knowledge about this, can you please guide me and suggest a better option?

Thanks! I just started using TrafficGuardian cloaker. Let's see how it goes.

Are you using a personal account or a Business Manager account?

The algorithm's a nightmare for ayurvedic products, it's super sensitive to claims, even if legit. honestly, trying to get direct sales through fb ads for these kinds of products is a constant uphill battle. you're probably better off focusing on building an audience and driving traffic to your own site where you have more control over the messaging. think content marketing, not just direct ads

Honestly, for health products, testing different ad wording and creatives is important because one small change can make the difference between approval and rejection.
