Hey folks in the outreach/marketing section,

I've built a simple, self-developed Chrome extension as a free alternative to GMass for scaling Gmail campaigns. It integrates directly into Gmail: paste your recipient list (one email per line), set random min/max delays (e.g., 2-6 seconds to mimic human sending), then hit "Prepare & Send".

Here's a screenshot of the actual popup interface:

Core perks:

  • No credit system or artificial limits from the extension itself
  • Built-in random delays to help avoid spam flags
  • Easy to use
I also have a private method for creating fresh Gmail accounts at scale (bypassing quick phone verifs ) — great for safe rotation.

For safety and long-term deliverability, I personally cap at ~180 emails/day per account (even though Gmail's official free limit is around 500/day).

It's basic but effective mass sending right now, and since I coded it myself, I can expand it easily.

What features do you think I should add next? (e.g., personalization with merge tags, A/B testing, open/click tracking?)What would this tool realistically be worth if offered with lifetime access? How much do you think I could earn from it?

Also curious about your 2026 setups:

  • How many emails/day do you safely send per warmed Gmail account?
  • What's your rotation strategy and warmup process?
Just looking for honest feedback to improve it!

Suggestions welcome!

To be able to send mass cold email campaigns, you'll need to support multi accounting by creating a unique browser profile for each account, support accounts rotation, proxies, generate unique browser fingerprints for each accounts, use spintax to make your emails look different to Google.

what i would add :
1) ability to use a smtp (like gmass) to be able to use smailgun, amazon etc
2) ability to load templates
3) follow up messages

If you can at least 1, i would buy it if cheaper than gmass (i cancelled as it is getting more expensive)
