I need tips: I recruit many OFM models, but I don't know how to sell them

I have always found it very easy to recruit OFM models due to my previous experience with sales and prospecting teams. As a result, I have been a consistently good seller in some marketplaces.

However, a break of more than a month with my main partner made me rethink things. Why not open my own marketplace?

I have the capacity to recruit 25-50 qualified models daily, which would bring me a lot of revenue with the right demand. I recruit models from any country in the world at any stage of their career.

However, even though I have a lot of experience in prospecting, I don't know how to fill my Telegram group. Ads? Extraction and triggering tools?

With your recruitment skills, the key is building a strong, engaged community first. Ads can work, but outreach via DMs or niche forums often converts better early on.

I also have an easy time getting and recruiting models, but not when it comes to generating traffic. I need blackhat methods to gain traffic without relying on going viral.

You will not get people to send you crypto for delivering them models unless you can prove your value. You need to build some name first. Recruiters like you do exist and they are often contractors for specific agencies and not to wide public eye.
