Hello Folks

I've recently seen the company virtualine.net on many forums.

Has anyone used it and can give me their honest opinion?

I've asked them some pre-sale questions and they respond fairly quickly, however, I've searched for reviews and haven't found anything solid.

I want this to be clear. I'm looking for reviews from people who have tried Virtualine's services, I don't buy reviews.
 
Virtualine.net is praised for its cheap price and fast speed, but many people complain about downtime, slow support, and even loss of hosting. You need to test small packages first to limit risks.

Considering that you registered this week and made a quarter of all your comments today, I believe this is either a GPT response or a comment made without any basis, just for the sake of commenting :D

But just to clarify a few things:
1. We haven’t had any downtime for the past 3/4 months – yes, that’s 100% uptime for an offshore service.
2. Even here on BHW we respond within a few hours (including to your comment). Our team provides 24/7 support.
3. “Loss of hosting”? Please provide an example. If you’re going to make such claims, I kindly request that you substantiate them instead of spreading unfair criticisms.

Can you send me a direct link to some of them? There are quite a few threads, and many only ask for "review copies," "Windows 11 licenses," etc.

I purchased a VPS “Premium Hardware #2,” but after being redirected to the dashboard I noticed it was very unstable for me and the server wasn’t starting properly. I asked for a refund, which they accepted without any questions. I can't tell if their services are good or not, but at least their customer service is friendly and efficient.

Hosting company which could not afford even a .com domain. I would stay away.

I also had a similar experience with them; they even offered a refund without me asking, as it was within the 24-hour purchase period. Their hosting wasn't compatible with my project. I don't think they're a bad company, however, there are things they could improve. Hopefully, I'll be able to use their services in the future and have a good experience. :D
 
I haven’t used virtualine.net, but since reviews are limited, I’d recommend proceeding cautiously and testing with a small order first.
 
Haven't tried to use Virtualine, however i have two customers who came from there after take downs to their domain. I haven't asked any further reason of why but thats just happened. I can't see too many bad feedback online about them, however i do see an aggressive seo work done right to grab customers quickly (which is totally fine and says nothing about them except of good investors)
Time will tell, on the surface they seem fine.

Hello, I just want to add a small note here: Virtualine is not a direct domain registrar like Godaddy or Namecheap.

We only work with registrars. Currently, we perform registration processes “anonymously” with Hong Kong and Panama-based registrars, do not request any information from customer, and allow register domains with cryptocurrencies in complete privacy.

It is a natural process for a registrar to take down a domain due to abuse reports, as all domains are under the control of regulatories like ICANN.

Sounds fair enough. As I said, I wasn’t really questioning it. I get where you're coming from. You’re handling things the right way here, and this part is obviously out of your control. Most hosting companies depend on third-party registrars anyway, so when something like this happens, there’s not much anyone can do on our side.

I’m replying a bit late, but i’ve been using Virtualine for over a year without any problems. They have very little downtime (i haven’t had a single outage in more than 6 months), their support is always very fast, and (considering what I do with my VPS) they do what they say regarding abuse/DMCA issues.
The only potentially negative thing to know is that most of their IPs are blacklisted by Spamhaus, but for me, that’s not a problem.
