send direct messages via WhatsApp

Hi! I’m trying to send direct messages to my audience via WhatsApp. I already have their phone numbers and I’ve registered for WhatsApp API through a provider infobip and twlio. I also need to use cloaking so I can send a link to my gambling website without issues.
I’m wondering if this is possible in a stable way. Do you have any tips to avoid being blocked or restricted? Anyone with experience in this setup?
