I have 1M targeted WhatsApp numbers in a grey niche. No official API, groups, or broadcast lists allowed.

How can I scale 1-on-1 messaging using a fleet of virtual/real accounts to contact this list without instantly getting flagged and banned by WhatsApp?

Seeking expertise on account farming, warming, and anti-ban protocols for this hyper-manual distribution problem.

They have an advertising account option. If you use normal whatsapp accounts for this , they will.be banned soon.

Trying to message a huge list on WhatsApp without prior consent is almost guaranteed to get accounts banned. The most reliable approach isn’t mass sending, it’s focusing on small, trusted accounts that only reach people who have shown some interest, then moving the conversation to channels you fully control. Slowly building trust with low-volume messaging keeps accounts alive and converts far better than trying to scale aggressively with new or virtual accounts.
 
Thanks for the great feedback everyone! I've decided to pivot and try the WhatsApp API route, starting with the low 250 limit.

The biggest hurdle is getting the Message Templates approved without Meta detecting my grey niche (e.g., finance/signals).

How do I compose "Marketing" or "Utility" templates using compliant language (like "Digital Update" or "Subscription") that will get past Meta's approval process, while still being enticing enough to bridge users to my high-value, off-WhatsApp offer? Any references for high-approval, abstract template language would be amazing!

That's a huge amount and you cannot do that on whatsapp without thousand of whatsapp accounts. Try using the API and make sure the numbers are non-voip, it will make those accounts last long. If you wish, you can get non-voip numbers from our platform for as low as 0.02$
 
Scale using a fleet of aged, real SIM-based devices with unique IPs, warming each account for weeks with normal human behavior before sending highly personalized, non-spammy messages at a very low daily volume (under 50-100/day per account) to mimic genuine one-on-one conversation patterns, as any automation detection triggers immediate, irreversible bans.

it didn't went well, keep getting banned and templates disapproval.

what could be the maximum number of messages that can send per day for account that already warmed up.
 
You can use any App cloner and clone Whatsapp on the device and send messages out that way. You will need different numbers for each account.
 
i don't think that ANY platform will allow you to do that. but here's the 1M dollar idea: go to the marketplace and find people who work with WhatsApp. pay them OR/AND offer a JV (% share) to blast your list. i bet you will have more success than asking in the general section.

Even for a fully warmed account, keep the daily maximum under 150-200 messages to stay within safe, human-like limits; sending in natural bursts with varied response times is more critical than hitting a high ceiling.
