Hello guys, I'm interested in learning then starting my journey into the business of AI modeling.
I'd like to pursue a road of NSFW and SFW content, photos and videos obviously included.
Though I'd like to know if anyone has like a blueprint or roadmap of sorts, in terms of where to get start and what to use.
What AI models to use to generate the model and make tweaks to it, AI model to make the character pose, AI model to make videos, obviously all NSFW and SFW so that they are consistent.
What I'm looking for I guess is resources in terms of AI models for each task needed, but models that are scalable for possible growth.
I'm not asking for trade secrets, just a push in the right way if anyone wishes to toss me that ;)

Follow the related journeys on BHW. There is lot of insight in those threads related on how to start.

In my opinion, there are currently two options. You can get very good results with Comfy UI, but it's more difficult for beginners because it's not easy to understand, although it's free. You can also use sites like Higgsfield, where you get very good quality, and it's significantly easier. However, it does cost money. With both, you can create videos and images, and maintain a consistent look. You can find good beginner tutorials for both on YouTube.

To generate high-quality content, you would need, above all, good open-source AI and powerful hardware. There are also people who offer to “rent” PCs with powerful components that you can use for generation.

A good approach is to begin with open source image generation like stable diffusion, experiment with pose tools like controlnet and explore video synthesis platforms gradually to understand workflow and consistency.

Start by experimenting with small projects using one model at a time to see what works best before combining tools for larger outputs.

hey been in this niche for like 10 days now and jumped straight into comfyui since you dont need to pay for stuff like midjourney or nanobanana - you use open source models and your own gpu does all the work. theoretically the costs are pretty minimal both at the start and long term

how you doing and what have you managed to pull off since you started your journey

3 years late 100s spawning everyday fighting for traffic and 3$ subscriptions, hate to break it to you but its a shit idea
