Which email marketing provider gives the best inbox delivery + less spam tagging?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to grow my business, recently got a huge & clean email database and want to get some feedback from folks who have used several email marketing providers. My priorities are:

- Inbox delivery: Emails should reliably land in the “Inbox” (not spam/junk or filtered away).
- Low spam-targeting: The provider should have good reputation/filters such that legitimate emails aren’t unfairly flagged or buried.

I’ve used a few providers and found that good inbox delivery mostly depends on keeping your list clean and setting up authentication like SPF and DKIM properly. Without that, even the best tools can struggle.

Providers like MailerLite and AWeber have worked well for me so far.

Could you elaborate more your experience with Mailerlite? Thank you
 
For good inbox delivery and less spam, I recommend using providers like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or ConvertKit. They have strong reputations and usually keep your emails out of spam folders.
 
It is important to know how many emails you want to send daily and monthly.

I have Used Instantly for cold email campaigns it works, but make sure you are not exceeding the sending limit or else your domain reputation can drop, emails will land in spam, and the whole campaign will be trashed.

On the first 3 months I would be sending around 5k/month and then increasing, after 1 year around 100k month.
I'm worried about my domain emails get flagged since I do a considerably amount of business on a daily bases there and it's regarding my main company.

You can try these, MailerLite, Mailchimp, Moosend known for good Inbox delivery and low spam flagging
 
Keep in mind - email body has huge influence on inboxing.

then create a sub-domain for emails or buy email account from google workspace, that will have a higher chance of deliverability.

Links, e-mail body etc. All matters.
If you expect that you will find good emailing service that will be able to inbox anything - it dont work like this.
 
I’ve tested a bunch — deliverability depends more on setup than the provider itself. But from experience, ConvertKit and MailerLite have solid inbox rates if you keep your lists clean. Also, make sure your domain is authenticated (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) — that’s what really cuts down spam tagging.
 
Inbox placement depends less on the platform and more on domain reputation.

Delivery strength comes from proper warm-up, clean lists, and good sending habits.

MailerLite Excellent deliverability (~95%), easy setup, affordable.

My business is 100% legal and regards a registered company with 9 years in business and with government funding.
The email marketing campaign regards a service my company supplies which I have a client email list supplied by the government itself and updated on real-time.

The niche is real estate.
 
I don’t have any recommendations right now, just leaving a comment to save this post — the topic really interests me.
 
Warmup your email account or buy one. Make sure you send in a limit because google spam policy is changed this year. Many email providers do not offer tracking feature in their base plan such as BREVO. Make sure if you want to try them out hunt for a provider who offer all the basic fetaures in base plan.
