Hi everyone,
I’m not really new to BlackHatWorld, but I’ve always found it a bit tricky to fully understand the rules here every time I post, I seem to get a warning so I’m still learning my way around.
A bit about me: I’ve been in the tech support call space for about 4–5 years now, mainly working around BSOD and popup call setups. Over time, I’ve built strong experience in managing call flow systems, traffic generation, and backend setups for support operations.
Right now, I’m just here to connect, share ideas, and learn from others in the community.
If anyone else is in the same line of work or interested in this area, feel free to reach out I’m always open to discussions and exchanging knowledge.
