Looking for someone to take care about small niche sites in full

I'm looking for someone, or a small team of VAs, who can take care of small niche sites in many different languages( AI). All sites are made on the same template, but they require small design changes.

Duties:
- Manage hosting and domains / Adding template
- Create content & Upload it by SEO SOPs
- Create unique design

Process is quite straightforward, nothing spectacular but it's just a matter of scaling to hundreds and potentially thousands of domains. I'm looking for someone who can do this full-time, please let me know about your offers
