Help with paying people globablly

I have made a few thread posts connected to this.

I have narrowed down paying VA's in Crypto. None of them obviously have crypto accounts so I show them. Even though I am new to crypto I narrowed down paying in USDT or USDC. Then assuming they can just exchange into their currency

Before thinking of crypto, I found Western Union for the South American Option.

Then possibly payoneer. Heard bad things about every other online e-wallet / bank.

So that is why I just go back to the crypto idea. I am thinking this just solves every problem and the only issue would be "teaching" va's how to exchange into their local currency

Payoneer is a good one for that, Wise and Revolut are also potentially good solutions
 
Payoneer was a pain for me, lots of verification steps, so I just stick with USDC now and it works perfectly
 
Perhaps it would be beneficial to connect a referral programme, for example, on Bybit? Create step-by-step instructions on how to issue a plastic card on the platform, how to stake free funds, and offer it to customers?
 
Yea pyoneer is a good payment gateway for global disbursement. I have friends using it in different country. Some even use it to receive their Amazon KDP revenue on their published books

Good decision. Crypto solves this problem for a lot of people.
 
VAs are usually always ok with paypal. Pyoneer is indeed a pain in the s, but not as much as paypal can be :)
Wise is good, Revolute was only available to a limited number of countries last time I checked.

Or it is better to look for those who know nothing about crypto and teach them how to accept using my service?

Hey dude, I'd go with freelancers who know almost nothing about crypto and teach them yourself.

The ones who already accept crypto a bit are usually set in their ways and harder to move to your cards. Newbies are easier to convince and they'll just use whatever simple method you show them.
For platforms, Cryptogig is worth checking if you're into crypto-friendly gigs. Fees are low (0% for the client side, up to 10% for freelancers) and payouts work with crypto, Binance and PayPal too. Saw a few EU/USA people active there. Otherwise just search on Upwork + Europe filter or Malt.fr and reach out to service providers who only take bank/PayPal. Teaching them step by step usually works better than trying to switch semi-experienced ones.
