Hello,

I got a bad 1 star review on my google page from a local guide which has been known to give many business bad reviews without anything even bad being happened. I denied access to him to my store because he had insanely large dogs. Now he is complaining in the review and his review has stuck around the TOP of my page. Who can remove this for me? (Its not an old review, max couple weeks)
