I have more than 20 Old Blogger Blogs, Are they good for ranking?

Nope, go check them, most of them probably deindexed. Even they are still indexed, they are pretty useless.
 
Older Blogspot blogs can help ranking if they have quality content with Long tail and low competition keywords (My experience)

If they’ve been live since 2013 and still indexed, they can have some value, especially if they have existing backlinks and aren’t penalized. The challenge is that Blogspot limits your control over SEO compared to self-hosted sites, so you might need to refresh content, update links, and make them mobile-friendly to get the most out of them.
 
There are advantages, but it doesn't mean "just because you're older, you'll rank better." If you haven't updated for years and the content is outdated, the advantage of age will be greatly reduced.
 
If you haven't post anything since 2013 websites have probably less value. But you can still try to re-launch them by publishing new articles. I'd say at least twice a week and related to the previous main subject.

Old Blogspot blogs may rank well because domain age helps, but only if content quality and backlinks stay strong.
 
They can rank, especially if they’ve built up history and backlinks over the years, but Blogspot has limitations.
If they’re still getting traffic, updating them regularly can help, and moving the best ones to your own domain could give you more long-term control.
 
I don't think so, but you can try to create some articles and check if they are ranking. But if they don't have any authority, just aged, it won't be enough to rank in competitive keywords

Well, only if they have aged authority, unique content, and backlinks. Empty/low-quality blogs won’t rank just because they’re old.
 
I think most of them are probably deindexed, and even if not, they don’t offer much value.
 
Age can give a slight trust signal, but consistent fresh content, backlinks, and proper optimization matter far more for ranking than just having old Blogspot blogs
