• How are you sourcing? (1688, Weidian, or private suppliers?)
• How do you handle shipping volume without getting flagged or banned?
• What platforms are safest/most profitable at scale?
• Are you drop shipping items or ordering to your house and having stock.
• How are you driving Traffic.

if you are trying to hit those numbers you have to get off ebay and mercari. those accounts are disposable and will get nuked the second your volume spikes. you need your own site, a solid cloaker, and a payment setup that wont hold your funds for 180 days. also dropshipping reps directly from china is a quick way to get crazy chargebacks because of shipping times. most guys doing real volume buy bulk and ship locally. sourcing is the easy part, managing the payment processors and shipping is the real bottleneck.
