I was surprised to have 70 mix links delivered within 2 days.

A mix of profile links, article submission, web 2.0, comment etc.

He placed the articles on old accounts he's already using - this can help with indexing, considering related pages would be shown on the page.

For this type of service, and the low price he's charging, I don't expect much on the content part.

The articles are fairly readable, relevant to my Keyword but not formatted with image or headings.

One article was duplicated in many copies, yes no issue, 50 contextual links delivery is not an easy task.

I expect improvement in paid orders, and for the price, it worths every penny you would spend.
