List of offshore Hosting/Domain Service 2024

Nicenic.net took down my site after a dmca complaint immediately, no warning, threatened that further infractions will result in suspension. Not recommended, apparently they only have .hk domains that they don't care for dmca. Everything else is not safe.
this is new to me. Nicenic.net is still haven for phishing/hacking/dmca sites, if you go through the domains registered with them you'll find those movie and sports streaming sites (illegal) are using them as registrar.

Check this latest SPAMHAUS report: live tracking of domain registrars that are used for spam/phish/dmca etc: https://www.spamhaus.org/reputation-statistics/registrars/domains/ == Nicenic ranks on #3 position with 14K domains under such illegal category!

Where as namecheap now-a-days takes down the domains frequently. If you check this BHW threads and also lots of users on namepros forum too complain including me. No notification my client site was taken down for dmca, inspite we were not hosting with them, neither using DNS from them, just had a domain.

But this also shows, ALL domain registrars are not that safe.

Has anyone tried Cloudflare registrar? How they react to dmca for domains registered with them?

also has anyone tried ilovewww.com (they are reseller owned by shinjiru, and never reply to abuse) -- read their trustpilot reviews!

yes too expensive & only difficulties

ohh okay :) spamhaus blacklist most hostng
Yes/No, but the customer service to customer from undergroundprivate is really amazed me. Treat me like I killed his/her mother!!!

Have you tested Privatealps? First time i hear about them
Privatealps is reseller from Private layer inc
out is fully dmca ignored and and is often used for brute focer(blacklist ips) etc

Alexhost domain missing .com (not .co)

I'd say it's the cheapest provider out of all of them that allow pretty much everything and is actually DMCA-Ignored, their domains are not as they are a reseller, though they're super cool when it comes to warning you, their support eventually gets everything done.

It's not the best host, by a longshot, but it's the cheapest by a mile for what they offer. Have +20 VPS and +5 Dedicated with them. Can't find anyone that is close to their price. I am on the hunt for some more good adult/dmca ignored providers as I really want to spread out my "eggs" so they're not in one basket.

Lyra is very good, great support, domains are too expensive though.

Vsys is also really great with good support, however they do not allow adult content in ukraine servers and USA/Netherlands are not dmca ignored, so you can have either one or the other but not both.

Nicenic.net is not dmca ignored. For domains, the best are namecheap, namesilo, internet bs, rucenter.

Does Alexhost ask you for KYC?

4. vsys ukraine location is dmca-ignored (they block Russian ip connections, so take note if you have Russian audience) but Ukraine porn is illegal, so no adult sites. Netherlands/US location allows adult, but not dmca-ignored.
6. Have been using namecheap for a very long time, no suspensions or even warnings for multiple dmca-heavy adult sites.
7. No experience, but fapello is on internet.bs, the top OF leaks site. for a very long time.
Hello Stifmeister, could you please PM me your mentioned domain name? In general our abuse team won't suspend domain name without advanced notice except some ccTLDs that were suspended by the registry directly. Thank you for your time!
