A refund for Pay-as-you-go is possible if you spent less than $1 (in traffic equivalent) and applied for it within 24 hours.
A refund for Unlimited Proxies are available only within 24 hours after purchase and only if data usage remains under 500MB.
The refund transaction may take up to 14 days.
